The river Blackwater is navigable as far as Maldon, with its traditional Thames Barges and offers many opportunities for the novice as well as the experienced sailor. Bradwell Marina is accessible at most states of the tide to all but the deepest draft boats, and berthing is made easy as our staff monitor channels 37 and 80 seven days a week. Our experienced workshop staff, using a travel hoist can launch and recover boats up to 45 tons. Repairs of all kinds can be arranged by our Workshop Manager, who would be pleased to discuss your requirements. The Marina Manager and his staff are on hand seven days a week to answer any questions you may have and whether your stay at Bradwell is just for one night, or as a permanent berth holder, we will do our best to make it enjoyable. If you would like more details of the marina or our prices please contact us. Our workshops are now undertaking manufacture of fibreglass car body panels, which will be made to order.
